Existing Suspension & Chassis Specifications
Send over the 'patterns' of your vehicle's standard suspension (if these exist) or technical drawings along with any packaging constraints. We will also need some guidance on your projected ride heights.
Design & Pricing
Based on the details provided, we will give you an indication of the overall cost. Once this is signed off, we finish our design and draw any special parts. When these are complete, we can provide an accurate quotation.
Performance Specifications
At this stage, we will request or personally measure for a range of chassis data: sprung and unsprung weights, distribution, movement ratios and so on.
Building, Testing & Tuning
With all the details confirmed, we order the required parts and build your suspension. All shocks receive initial testing during the build, but the real work begins once the units are ready to fit. Testing can be undertaken on a circuit, or on a shake rig.
