With our 5hp Roehrig Crank dyno, we offer a damper testing service to check and characterise your existing dampers.
We measure how consistent they are across axles and check that the response is suitable for the application. We can ‘map' adjusters to provide a visual display of how your adjusters influence the curves.
We also offer a spring rating service.
Optimisation:
With some basic chassis data for the vehicle, we can make calculations to check spring rates (Wheel Frequencies) and that the damping curves are at their optimum. If required, we carry out any valving revisions to help ‘squeeze out’ some more performance.
